Just ahead of its fourth season debut on HBO, the official Game of Thrones: Ascent game, previously playable only on the web and Facebook, has launched on the iPad. The free app includes Game Center integration, updated artwork suitable for Retina-quality displays, and "Volume You," a history of the player's character through the storyline. Electronics retailer Best Buy is offering discounted iTunes gift cards on its US website, offering savings of 15 percent across the rage for a limited time.
