Jawbone release app that monitors caffeine intake
Jawbone has released a new app for the purpose of tracking a user's caffeine intake. Compatible with, but not requiring, an Up fitness band, Up Coffee monitors caffeine intake based on entered information such as the source of intake and its quantity. Projected sleep time can be calculated; and data can optionally be synced from one's Up or Up 24 band to correlate caffeine intake with sleep patterns.
Up Coffee can determine how much sleep could be lost for every 100mg of caffeine ingested. Jawbone's Up Coffee app for iOS is available for free download on the iTunes Store.
