HBO GO app for PlayStation 3 now available, with PS4 offering in the works
Sony proves it is still in favor of supporting its PlayStation 3 console with today's release of a new HBO GO app for the system. Users of the app will be able to stream HBO content such as True Detective, Boardwalk Empire and Game of Thrones. Though Sony has stated its plans for the app to be made available for PS4 users, a timeline has not yet been determined. The HBO GO app requires an existing or new HBO subscription through a cable or other TV service provider.
