Grovemade introduces walnut and maple cases for iPhone and iPad, iPhone docks

Accessories designer Grovemade has introduced new walnut and maple wood cases for iPhone and iPad today, as well as wooden iPhone docks. Each wooden iPhone case is milled from a solid block, and features a reinforced interior for durability. Cases for iPad Air and Mini feature three standing positions for reading, typing and viewing content, and Grovemade's iPhone Dock combines a wooden top with a solid three pound steel base for sturdy, one-handed operating. Walnut and maple cases and docks retail at $100.

Facebook ends e-mail service feature

Facebook has announced it will be retiring its email service, with all email sent to a user's address soon being forwarded to their primary email address. Launched in November 2010, Facebook's aim was to provide one inbox where users could send and receive emails and messages, however it failed to gain popularity. Users can turn off the forwarding feature that is on by default, particularly if users are concerned about those who know their Facebook email now being able to reach their primary address.
