WWE Network arrives on Apple TV, other iOS devices

updated 11:29 am EST, Mon February 24, 2014

Cross-device access costs $10 per month

As predicted, access to the WWE Network has launched on the Apple TV, as well as other iOS devices via the WWE app. Subscription signups are handled through iTunes or the WWE website, and cost $10 per month plus tax. Buyers can purchase time in six-month blocks for $60.

The service provides access to all 12 of the company's pay-per-view wrestling events. This includes live and on-demand content, the latter stretching back to every PPV event the WWE has broadcast, as well as events from the extinct World Championship Wrestling and Extreme Championship Wrestling leagues. The Network is also due to get original series such as Legends House, Wrestlemania Rewind, and The Monday Night War: WWE vs. WCW, plus NXT matches from wrestlers in training at the WWE's Performance Center.
