Official Tetris game app now being promoted through the Apple Store app

The Apple Store app for iOS has updated its app promotion to feature Electronic Arts' Tetris available for free. A classic spatial problem-solving game, Tetris for iOS is normally priced at $1. The Apple Store app offers free books, apps and other content for a limited time period, with its offers differing from the traditional App Store's "App of the Week" sale, which is available to all users and not just those who have the Apple Store app. The Tetris promotion expires April 7.

Haiku Deck expands its compatibility to include iPhone

Presentation software Haiku Deck has expanded its iOS compatibility to include iPhone. Haiku Deck is largely free, providing access to over 35 million free image and six free themes, with premium Getty images available for purchase via the iPad version. The iPhone app offers users remote control of a presentation running on an iPad, as well as the ability to "broadcast" from the iPhone to a connected display on its own. Additionally, the new iPhone app can be used as a content viewer and discovery tool, with the inclusion of Featured and Popular gallery sections to let users see what others have produced. Haiku Deck presentations cannot yet be created with the iPhone app; only from its iPad app or web platform. Haiku for iOS requires iOS 7 or later.

Chirpy22, you need to download the Apple Store app, this is an app you download from the App Store (naming is a little confusing so hope that makes sense ;-) Tetris is then one of the offers in the Apple Store app...
