Ergonomic case offers 22 unique positions
Accessories creator Felix has released its versatile case for iPad and iPad mini, the FlipStand. An ergonomic case that acts as a stand, the FlipStand provides 22 angled positions (16 for the FlipStand mini) for using an iPad for reading, browsing the Internet, watching videos, and more. Users can set a position by lifting the iPad to a desired position, and set it into any of its ridge to lock the device into place. Its kickstand holds the iPad under a secure clip on the case. Available in black and tan with white, the FlipStand retails for $50.
Kensington's SafeGrip Rugged Carry Case, GummyGrip Stylus, protects iPads from child use
Kensington has unveiled two new accessories for use with the iPad by children, the SafeGrip Rugged Carry Case and Stand for iPad Air, and the GummyGrip Stylus for Kids. Both resistant to the wear that can come easily with use by children, the SafeGrip Rugged Carry Case and Stand is built to withstand a shared-use school environment. Offering screen protection and a handle, the case is easy to hold, and prevents scratches and smudges on the screen.
The GummyGrip Stylus for Kids has a firm, durable tip for extended usage on a tablet, and is comprised of non-toxic materials that are safe if a child places the stylus in their mouth. Its ergonomic shaping is specifically designed to fit a small hand, making it easier to use and hold onto while interaction with a touchscreen. The SafeGrip Rugged Carry Case and Stand for iPad Air is available in charcoal and blueberry shades, for $55, and the GummyGrip Stylus comes in blueberry, tangerine and charcoal for $13. Both products can be pre-ordered online from Kensington.
