OWC announces availability of memory upgrades for new Mac Pro

Other World Computer (OWC) has announced today the availability of OWC memory upgrade kits for Apple's new Mac Pro 2013 models. Available in 32GB and 64GB kits, the new ECC 1866MHz Quad-Channel Matched Kits offer up to a 31 percent savings when purchased instead of factory-option cost additions. Fully RoHS- and JEDEC-compliant, the memory kits are backed with a lifetime advance replacement warranty and money-back guarantee.

OEC's 32GB Kit consists of four matched 8GB modules, 1866MHz, for $450. The 64GB Kit consists of four matched 16GB modules, 1866MHz, for $900. OWC accepts the original factory memory for trade-in rebate, offering $75 for an Apple factory 12GB (4GB x 3) set, and $100 for a factory 16GB (4GB x 4) set. Free instructional videos on memory installation are available for viewing online.
