iMag Pro II mobile reader guaranteed for over 10,000 swipes

ID Tech, a manufacturer of automated electronic solutions, has released its new encrypted MagStripe mobile reader. The iMag Pro II is compatible for all Apple Lightning connector mobile devices. Ideal for business use, the iMag Pro II allows accepting credit card transactions, signature debit cards, gift cards, driver's licenses, and ID badges on one's iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPad mini, iPad Air and iPad 4. Providing bi-directional reading of three tracks of card data, the unit supports TDES and AES encryption, using DUKPT management.

The iMag Pro II has an operating life of a minimum of 10,000 card swipes and card reading. Its low battery consumption means it does not require an external power supply -- and coupled with a durable design, the mobile reader provides suitable portability. The iMag Pro II will be featured alongside other ID Tech products at the NRF Big Show 2014 in New York City, at booth #901.
