Tegra 4 tablet shipping November 19th with EVGA branding

Nvidia has opened up pre-orders for its Tegra Note 7 tablet through NewEgg, ahead of its release on November 19th. The tablet uses the company's own Tegra 4 System-on-Chip, consisting of a quad-core Cortex-A15 processor clocked at 1.8GHz with a 72-core GPU, with the device being distributed and co-branded by EVGA in the United States.

Offering 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, the Tegra Note 7 has a 1280x800-resolution IPS LCD screen, a 5-megapixel autofocus camera on the rear paired with a front-facing VGA webcam, front-facing stereo speakers with a bass reflex port and Nvidia PureAudio processing. Connectivity over HDMI with Ultra HD support, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.0, and Wi-Fi is also included, as well as a 4,100mAh battery said to last for up to 8 hours when playing a video. A stylus accompanies the tablet, which Nvidia boasts has fine point and broad stroke control and palm rejection using its DirectStylus technology.

Running on Android 4.2, the Nvidia EVGA Tegra Note 7 will be available priced at $199. The Nvidia blog states that has already been available to pre-order in the UK since November 7th under the Advent brand, priced at £180 ($286).
