Moshi releases screen protector for iPad Air, hardshell case for MacBook Pro
Available as of November 1, Moshi has released two new accessories for iPad Air and MacBook Pro. The iVisor AG (anti-glare) is the latest addition to its line of reusable screen protectors, and is designed to be air-bubble free, provide enhanced scratch protection, and reduce fingerprints and smudging. The iGlaze, originally only available in MacBook Air and Retina versions, is now available for the 13-inch MacBook Pro. The hardshell-style case provides durable protection while remaining thin, due to its polycarbonate construction and micro-clip design.
The iGlaze for MacBook Pro includes raised rubber feet and an unobstructed air vent for better heat dissipation. The iVisor AG for iPad Air and iGlaze for MacBook Pro can be purchased online for $30 and $60 respectively, with iVisor AG available in white and black, and iGlaze in clear, black, blue, green, orange and pink.
Orbino's Padova Air case offers leather protection for iPad Air
Orbino has launched a new leather carrying case for the iPad Air, the Padova Air. A slim, hand-stitched flap case, the Padova Air has an invisible magnetic closure which can also activate the iPad's smart cover technology. Covering both the front and back of the iPad, the case possesses cut-outs for the dock connector, volume control, spears, screen rotation lock, headphones and both front and rear cameras. An optional handle system is available for the Padova Air case, called the Volante Carry System, priced at $100.
Made of a pure brass handle, the Volante Carry System can swivel around to become a viewing or typing stand which can be fixed at any angle, by way of tightening its thumbscrew. Available in black, brown, red and pecan for $230, the Padova Air has also been released in special edition exotic skins, starting at $630.
