Snap.svg offers masking, clipping, patterns, full gradients and groups to produce more engaging content, and promotes creating easily maintainable code. the JavaScript library works with existing SVG, as well as with software that requires support for responsive graphics, such asEdge Animate, Adobe Flash Pro CC, Adobe Illustrator CC, and more.

Apple's Keynote Remote app now offered for free

Apple's iOS app, Keynote Remote, is now available at the App Store free of charge. Keynote Remote lets users control a Keynote presentation on one's Mac, iPad, iPhone or iPod touch from another iPhone or iPod touch in the room. Once priced at $1, Keynote Remote was Apple's last paid iOS app. According to Michael Grothaus at TUAW, it has not received an update since 2011, and still does not offer support for the iPhone 5 family's four-inch screen.
