Gateway today announced its new Gateway One ZX4270 all-in-one desktop series for the holiday shopping season. This new series, designed for Windows 8, offers a 19.5 inch "HD+" non-glare LED display, USB 3.0 connectivity, and a dual-core processor for an entry-level price.

The Gateway One ZX4270 sports a simple design that measures just 18.9 inches wide x 12.32 inches tall x 2.13 inches deep. It offers up to an AMD Vision A4 5000 Processor running at 1.5GHz with 2MB total cache, and 4GB DDR3 dual-channel memory.

Models are configurable with the Radeon HD 8300 Series graphics and a 1600 x 900 display resolution. All models ship with a 1080p Full HD webcam. Storage options are available up to a 750GB hard drive.

Frequently used ports for headphones, a card reader, two USB 3.0, and 10/100 Ethernet are located on the side of the chassis. On the other side is a slim optical drive for backing up data and burning CDs or DVDs.

The ZX4270 series all-in-one computers will be available later this month at various retailers with configurations starting at $399 and up, depending on configuration.
