Mac App Store users still waiting for access

Omni Group has released OmniGraffle 6, an update of its graphing and diagramming software for the Mac. New in this version are integrated Inspector and Stencil windows with improved tools and steppers, and a dedicated Resource Browser, which collects stencils and templates. Shapes and text can now be scaled, and a resolution-independent Display Scale can be set for an Apple point, PostScript point, or pixel.

New Manual Guides can be reused on multiple canvases. OmniGraffle 6 is $100 in its regular edition, and $200 for the Professional release, which adds features like AppleScripting, Xcode import, and multiple editing windows. Upgrades from OmniGraffle 5 start at $50. The updated software is currently available from Omni Group's website, and should soon be available at the Mac App Store; people buying from the Mac App Store, however, aren't eligible for upgrade pricing, due to the way the App Store is structured.
