OmniGroup updates three iOS apps

The Omni Group has released updated versions of OmniOutliner for iPad, OmniPlan for iPad, and OmniFocus for iPhone in the App Store. All of the updates have been redesigned with iOS 7 in mind, offering both new interfaces and support for iOS 7's new background app refresh support. OmniFocus 2 for iPhone features a new home screen that provides users with more information than previous versions, while OmniOutliner 2 for iPad has gained a redesigned Doc Picker and support for organizing files by folder. Finally, OmniPlan 2 has been updated with a few features that were previously only in the desktop release, and now includes a $40 in-app purchase that adds support for importing Microsoft Project files. The updated apps require a new purchase, separate from v1.x, and are priced at $20 (OmniFocus 2), $30 (OmniOutliner 2), and $60 (OmniPlan 2).

Snapguide updated for iOS 7

Snapguide, a tool for sharing and viewing step-by-step how to guides, has been updated for iOS 7. The v1.7 release brings an updated design that matches the aesthetics of iOS 7 while also enhancing guide viewing. The iPhone version has also gained a new explore section, larger images, and the ability to search for guides, requests and people. Snapguide is a free download in the App Store.
