Revised Nexus 10 to be made by Samsung, according to comments

Google is said to be working on a revision to its Nexus 10 tablet. While the company's breakfast event yesterday saw the reveal of the new Nexus 7, alongside the new Chromecast media streamer and Android version 4.3, the company is looking to do the same to the ten-inch model in partnership with Samsung.

Amir Efrati of the Wall Street Journal claims to have spoken to Google Chrome and Android head Sundar Pichai after the event, stating that the Samsung-made new Nexus 10 would be revealed "in the near future." No further details about the device were provided.

The current Nexus 10 has a 2560x1600-resolution display, a dual-core Exynos 5 processor with a quad-core Mali GPU and 2GB of RAM. Outside, it has a rear-mounted 5-megapixel camera, accompanied by a 1.9-megapixel front-facing version, it has support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC, and is supplied with 16GB or 32GB storage options. It isn't clear what, if anything, the companies will choose to upgrade on the device.
