Ultrabook, All-In-One offer full HD 1080p displays, 4th generation Intel Core i7

Lenovo has revealed a new notebook and all-in-one computers running on Haswell processors. The ThinkPad T440s Ultrabook offers a full HD 1080p IPS display and a 21mm-thick (0.8-inches) body, while the ThinkCentre M93z AIO uses a 23-inch full HD 1080p LED display with anti-glare and an option for 10-point multitouch.

The ThinkPad T440s sales page is still being constructed, so does not provide all the different specification options of the notebook series. Slashgear writes that it will offer keyboard enhanced with multimedia buttons for Windows 8, along with app-dedicated keys and an optional backlight. The trackpad will offer 5-point click integration, but it is not known if the display will have any touch capabilities. Inside, it will have Dolby speakers with Home Theater version 4.0, a VGA video out and USB 3.0 ports, a 720p webcam, and NFC, and it is also likely to have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth access. Eventual pricing details for the ultrabooks are unknown.

The AIO system, the ThinkCentre M93z, again has little in the way of details for the main specifications, but Ubergizmo states that it will have options for 1GB AMD Radeon HD discrete graphics, increased security through Intel vPro technology, and hybrid SSD and HDD (SSHD) storage choices. It will go on sale later this month for around $799 for both touch and non-touch versions, while models with SSHD will ship later this year.
