Viber updates Mac app with group messaging support
Viber has launched a new version of its Mac desktop software. First released back in May, the Viber app is an alternative to Skype and allows users to send free messages and make VoIP calls. New to this release is full support for group messaging, as well as new stickers and emoticons that can be used in messages. Another new feature allows users to see who is actively writing in a conversation, and flu support is now offered for contacts with multiple Viber numbers.
