ABC Watch live stream now requires proof of subscription
ABC has tightened restrictions on its Watch ABC Live Stream, now requiring all users to verify they are on a cable subscription with a username and password. First released back in May, the Watch ABC app was limited to people in New York and Philadelphia, but didn't require any proof of a cable subscription. However, ABC has also announced that it is expanding the services reach, allowing subscribers in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, and Raleigh-Durham to access the live streaming service from an iPad.
Thins lineup for iPads and MacBooks
A new line of protective neoprene sleeves for MacBooks and iPads has been released by SwitchEasy. Named for their small size, the Thins lineup is sealed without any stitching and uses a magnetic closer to secure the device. The MacBook cases also includes a small box that can be used to hold the MagSafe to MagSafe 2 converter. Prices range from $50 for the iPad, iPad mini, and 11-inch MacBook Air models, up to $60 for the 13-inch MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models
