updated 12:58 am EDT, Tue June 4, 2013

New tracking, gauges, charts, maps, mobile support, 400 updates

Business software developer Ntractive has unveiled a major update to its Element CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, now at version 5.0. The program is a cloud-based, Mac-only CRM solution for businesses from small-scale sellers to enterprise outfits, and the new version sports 400 updates along with a new edition aimed at enterprise-level large businesses. The Enterprise Edition offers over 100 analytic maps, charts and gauges, including opportunity tracking, enhanced mobile apps, additional document storage and much more.

Some 400 other updates have been made to the Small Business (1-5 users) and Professional editions of the product, and all version gain access to Ntractive's "next generation" cloud syncing and storage, utilizing hybrid web apps to offer guaranteed uptime, security, speed, scalability and flexibility. With the new version, the company has announced that email support, previously a paid service, is now free to all customers. Phone support will continue as a pay-per-incident service.

The program is available now from the Mac App Store or the Ntractive website, and is free of charge for the app itself -- but requires a paid subscription to Elements CRM, which starts at $25 per user per month for the Small Business edition. The Professional Edition starts at $50 per user per month, with the Enterprise Edition beginning at $70 per user per month. A set of instructional videos has been made available on YouTube.
