Origin PC adds GeForce GTX 770 GPU option to gaming systems range

Enthusiast PCs gain Kepler GPU with 1,536 Cuda cores, 7Gbps memory speed

Origin PC has announced it will be adding the new Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 graphics card to its line of PC gaming systems. The Kepler-based graphics card packs in 1,536 CUDA cores, 128 texture mapping units, and 3.5 billion transistors, and will be accompanied by 2GB of GDDR 5 memory clocked at 7Gbps, claimed to be the fastest ever found on a graphics card.

The GeForce GTX 770, with a base clock speed of 1,046MHz and a cooling system similar to the GeForce GTX 780 and Titan cards, is able to use Nvidia GPU Boost 2.0 to reach 1,085MHz when boosted, which allows it to increase its performance by 65-percent compared to its predecessor. It is also fully compatible with other Nvidia gaming technology, such as the GeForce Experience for quicker game optimizations, and supports three-way SLI.

Origin is offering the GeForce GTX 770, complete with its own GPU overclocking service, on all of its desktop systems, including the Genesis full-tower, Millennium mid-tower, and Chronos systems, with the price varying between base systems and customizations.
