Google Drive simplifies sharing from desktop

Google has expanded the functionality of its Google Drive desktop app to simplify the process of sharing documents. Thanks to the most recent update, Google Drive files can now be shared with others directly from a Mac or PC's file system by right clicking on the file. The update is currently being rolled out to all users and may not show up immediately.

Rovio starts rolling out game progress syncing feature

Following overwhelming user requests, Rovio has finally started to add support for syncing game progress across multiple devices. Currently the Rovio Account functionality is limited to its new Croods game globally, and in the classic iOS Angry Birds game in Finland and Poland. While limited for now, Rovio has promised that this functionality will slowly be integrated around the world into all of its games. To sign up for an account users simply need an e-mail address.
