Apple is now offering free next-day shipping for every iPhone model at its US online store. The company normally provides free shipping on all orders over $50, but the new promotion extends the deal to the iPhone 4, and eliminates the need to pay anything extra for faster delivery. Orders are limited to two phones per customer.
The promotion is likely temporary, possibly a way of making sure iPhones reach people before the Easter holiday. In any case Apple would have a hard time keeping the policy going during the next iPhone launch, owing to cost and the sheer volume of orders.
