Earlier today one distraught iMac owner turned to the forums looking for some ways to speed up their 5-year old machine so they don't have to replace it.

Fresh-Faced Recruit "MArC4be" is planning on upgrading the CPU on their old Mac Pro and is wondering if anyone had any good advice or tips on what to do. Junior Member "canadave" is having trouble with the Auto-Lock feature not quite working how they expected in this thread started yesterday.
