MacTech Office accreditation program

MacTech has announced that it will now be offering a new Microsoft Office for Mac accreditation program. The half day course will be offered the day before each MacTech BootCamp II in 2013 and includes information on both Microsoft Office for Mac and Microsoft Office 365. At the end of the course, attendees will be evaluated on the content presented, and those who demonstrate sufficient knowledge will become a "Microsoft Office for Mac Accredited Support Professional." This accreditation includes an official certificate from Microsoft, as well as an accreditation graphic for use on web sites.

Route1 announces upcoming products

Route1 has announced that it will be releasing three new security products, MobiLINK, MobiKEY for iOS, and MobiKEY 4.2, by the end of March. MobiLINK is an iOS app that enables remote users to securely access internal applications using any iOS device. The software is based on the MobiNET identity management and service delivery platform, allowing users to connect to a workspace from anywhere. Meanwhile, MobiKEY 4.2 is an update to the desktop software that features support for Windows 8, security updates, and an updated MobiNET Agent for the Host Asset. Finally, MobiKEY for iOS will allow users to take advantage of the desktop software's security features directly on an iOS device.
