KeyCover Hard Shell Keyboard for iPad

Kensington has released a new case for the iPad that integrates a Bluetooth keyboard. The KeyCover Hard Shell Keyboard for iPad features a full QWERTY keyboard, as well as a row of dedicated iPad action keys. This includes media playback control, as well as shortcuts for accessing Spotlight and locking the device. An integrated stand also allows the case to hold the iPad in both landscape and portrait orientations while typing. Pre-orders for the KeyCover are currently being accepted through Kensington's website for $80.

iSkin outs two new folio cases for iPad mini

Two new folio cases designed for the iPad mini have been launched by iSkin. The iSkin Aura and Vibes (Swirl Edition) both feature nylon exteriors and microfiber interiors, as well as integrated smart covers that automatically control sleep/wake functionality. In addition, both cases integrate a multi-angle stand and provide full access to all of the devices controls and buttons. The Vibes folio for iPad mini is available in dual shade color combinations of black, purple and beige, while the Aura folio comes exclusively in a black, brushed aluminium finish. Both are offered online and through authorized resellers for $50.
