IdeaCentre Horizon Table PC coming this summer
Lenovo has unveiled a new table PC at CES 2013 that can function both as a standard desktop computer and an interactive table top device. The 27-inch Horizon features a multi-touch display that can register up to 10 fingers simultaneously, as well as a Core i7 processor, and Nvida GeForce graphics. A hinge allows the device to be transitioned between standing and flat positions, and moving the device into the table top orientation automatically activates the multi-touch interface.
With a strong focus on multiplayer gaming, the Horizon also comes with a set of special accessories including an e-dice and four joysticks and strikers. Horizon also provides instant access to a package of pre-loaded gaming and education apps developed specifically for the table top interface by the likes of Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, and Open Labs.
The IdeaCentre Horizon Table PC will be available this summer with prices starting around $1700.
