New release fixes Wi-Fi bug for iPhone 5, iPad mini

Apple today released an iPhone 5 and iPad mini-specific update to iOS 6, version 6.0.2. The new update is available for download under the Software Update option in the iOS Settings app. The brief release notes for the iPhone say that the update "fixes a bug that could impact Wi-Fi," and links users to a security update page.

Version 6.0.2 follows an earlier update released on November 1. That update addressed a screen glitch affecting the onscreen keyboard, as well as an issue affecting the camera's flash. Apple is known to be seeding iOS 6.1 betas, though a release time frame for that update remains unknown.
