Vice City comes to iOS
Rockstar Games has released an iOS port of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, its 2002 open world action-adventure game. Vice City follows the story of Tommy Vercetti, a mafia hit man and ex-convict, who is trying to get revenge on a group who set him up. In celebration of the game's 10 anniversary the graphics, character models, and lighting effects have all been updated, and include support for Retina displays. The game has also received several iOS specific updates, including iCloud save game support and custom iTunes playlists.
IK Multimedia updates T-RackS Custom Shop
T-RackS Custom Shop 4.0, an updated version of IK Multimedia's mixing and mastering suite for Mac and PC, has been released. The new software offers five new analog-modeled and digital processors, as well as integration with the company's exclusive online Custom Shop. Four of the new processing modules belong to a new Quad Series that includes a compressor, limiter, stereo imager, and de-esser, while the fifth new processor, British Channel, is an analog-modeled emulation of the channel strip from the most popular British mixing desk of all time.
