Adds hooks for Google Calendar, Google+

Google has released a major overhaul of its Gmail app for iOS, v2.0. Users can now manage multiple accounts through the app, which has also been given a new, "cleaner" look, more consistent with other Google iOS apps like Google+. Gmail has in fact gained support for interactive Google+ posts, as well as the ability to respond to Google Calendar invites inline.

During searches, the app now displays predictions as a person types. Smaller changes include an infinitely scrolling inbox, and a new welcome experience for first-time users. The app is a free download for any device running iOS 5.0 or later.
