Apple refurbs: Mac mini and MacBook Air for under $1,000

Mac mini and MacBook Air refurbished deals

At Apple's online store today, find more savings in the refurbished section, with a range of Mac mini and MacBook Air models for less than $1,000. Starting at $519, after an $80 discount, is the refurbished Mac mini with a 2.3GHz Intel dual-core i5 processor, 2GB of RAM and a 500GB hard drive. A $100 price drop is offered on the refurbished Mac mini with a 2.5GHz Intel dual-core i5 processor, 4GB of RAM and a 500GB hard drive, now $699.

Originally released in July 2011, the refurbished 11.6-inch MacBook Air with a 1.6GHz Intel dual-core i5 processor, 2GB of RAM and 64GB of flash storage is now $749 after a $150 price break. A similar MBA with the same processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of flash storage is $829.

The newer 11.6-inch MacBook Air with a 1.7GHz Intel dual-core i5 processor, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of flash storage is now $849 after a $49 price cut. For $929, after a $69 discount, is the refurbished 11.6-inch MBA with a 1.7GHz Intel dual-core i5 processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of flash storage.
