Apple Black Friday deals now live on US store

updated 05:15 am EST, Fri November 23, 2012

Apple sale now on, price reductions on most key products

Apple’s Black Friday deals are now live on the Apple Store online. Unlike previous years, the list of items for sale is limited to Apple’s stock only. However, users will find solid saving across Apple’s line up, including discounts on the iPad with Retina display and iPad 2. Apple’s iPod line gets some reductions as does its MacBook line up as well.

The new iPad is retailing from $458 a saving of $41 of each model, while the iPad 2 has been trimmed $31 and starts from $368. The fifth-generation iPod touch picks up at $31 discount and now starts from $268, while the new iPod nano also gets a minor $11 reduction to start from $138. The continuing fourth-generation iPod touch gets a $21 reduction starting from $178.

The new MacBook Pro with Retina display, continuing MacBook Pros and the MacBook Air line up all get a uniform $101 reduction across the range. The Retina MBP now starts from $1598, the MBP is starting from $1098, while the 11-inch MacBook Air is down to $898.

Other Apple products to receive Black Friday discounting include Apple’s wireless Base Stations and Time Capsule range, while the Magic Mouse, Magic Trackpad and Wireless Keyboard also pick up price cuts. iPad smart covers and cases are also reduced, along with Apple’s in-ear headphones including the new EarPods.

Notable items not to see any price reductions include the new iPad mini, as well as the yet to ship all-new iMac range. The iPad mini is a hot-seller for Apple right now, so supplies are constrained. The iMac line up is listed as shipping from November for the 21-inch model and December for the 27-inch model. However, production issues have meant that supply on launch is expected to be very limited.

So let's see, pay for second hand items at normal market prices, or get educational prices on new products from crApple... garbage, piss-in-the-bucket deals Every Year, Every Brain-washed Holiday.

Pathetic, cookie-crumb "Savings" are the worst social engineering examples only made possible by crApple themselves.
