FileMaker two for one holiday deal


In celebration of the holidays, FileMaker is running a "Buy One, Give One Free" offer. Customers who purchase a full FileMaker Pro 12 ($299) or FileMaker Pro 12 Advanced ($499) licence, will automatically receive a second downloadable copy for free. The promotion is limited to one gift request per person, per household and per company, and applies to both the downloadable and box versions of the software. The promotion will run until December 20 and is not valid with any other rebates, discounts or promotions.

Fender outs Squier Strat with built-in iOS and USB connectivity

Fender has announced that launch of a new Squier Stratocaster model that features built in USB and iOS connectivity. Available exclusively at the Apple Store, the new guitar includes all of the standard Stratocaster features, such as volume and tone controls, a passive 1/4-inch output, and a 5-way pickup selector. The additional Mini-B USB connector and 1/8-headphone jack are built directly into the guitar's body, allowing users to easily record directly to an iOS device or Mac computer.
