Humble Bundle, Indie Royale each launch new gaming bundles

updated 07:22 pm EST, Thu November 8, 2012

Both bundles are pay what you want, percentage to benefit charity

Two bundles launched today, providing an assortment of indie-developed, DRM-free games for a low bundled price. The Humble Bundle for Android 4 brings up to six games for Android, Macintosh OS X, Windows, and Linux. Indie Royale's Harvest Bundle includes four titles with one of the four being a compilation of Avernum adventure games.

The Humble Bundle cross-platform assortment includes puzzlers Crayon Physics Deluxe and Splice, unique real-time strategy tiler Eufloria, platformer Waking Mars, and adventure game Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery. If more than the average bundle price is paid, adventure game Machinarium is included as well.

Included in the Indie Royale Harvest bundle is a critically-acclaimed platformer Mutant Mudds on Windows, top-down shooter Pineapple Smash Crew for Windows, the Lemmings-like Spirits on Windows and OS X, the Avernum roleplaying game trilogy for Windows and OS X, and basketball-based platformer BasketBelle for Windows and OS X. Exceeding $8 in the pay-what-you-want bundle will earn the purchaser a soundtrack compilation album for the bundle from chipmusic label Data Airlines.
