who is the target audience for the new iMac?


This week in the MacNN forums Senior User gooser asks "who is the target audience" of the new iMac after this most recent round of radical changes made, including elimination of the optical drive and Firewire. Yesterday one Addicted to MacNNer was looking to replace a 2006 Mac Pro with one of the new Mac minis, but is trying to connect three displays, and has turned to the forums for some guidance.
