Kogeto has announced that its panoramic video lens is now being offered for the iPhone 5. Dot is a small attachment that lets users record full 360 degree videos when paired with the free Looker app. While watching a recording, users can swipe left right to change the angle and any video can be shared directly to Facebook, Twitter, or Kogeto. Dot for iPhone 5 will begin shipping in late October at a retail cost of $50. However, customers currently using Dot for the iPhone 4 or 4S can receive a special discount code that brings the cost down to $24.
NuWallet app for iOS devices
NuWallet has launched a new mobile payment and personal information app for iOS devices. The self-titled app can be used to complete secure online purchases from participating merchants. All personal information is stored locally on the device and can only be accessed when a security PIN is entered. In addition to storing payment and shipping information, users can also store data such as passwords, banking numbers, and insurance information with the same encryption security.
