iBank update adds new budget views

Following the release of iOS 6, Mag+ has released version 4.0 of its digital publishing technology. The software, which can help users create magazine apps optimized for iPad, Kindle Fire and Android tablets, is now fully compatible with iOS 6 and the iPhone 5. As a result of new functionality in iOS 6, content published through Mag+ can now be shared directly to Facebook or through Messages. In addition, new dynamic ad serving functionality has been added, allowing content creators to populate dedicated spaces in their digital issues with dynamically served HTML5 ads.

iBank update brings new budget comparison views

IGG Software has launched an update for the desktop version of iBank, a personal finance management tool. A new view that allows users to see budgets against actual reports has been added in the update, along with an improved budget view. Users can now quickly compare budgets with actual spending for any customizable time period. Along with speed improvements within budget functions, users can also now edit the accounts used for a given budget. Other changes include Retina support, an improved budget view, and numerous bug fixes. iBank 4.6 is free to current users of iBank 4 and is available immediately via the IGG website. The Mac App Store version has been submitted to Apple and will be launched upon approval.
