Free Lighting dock connection kit
B&O Play have announced that it will be offering a free Lightning dock upgrade kit to all existing BeoPlay A8 customers. Introduced last May, the BeoPlay A8 is a 70-watt audio system that features full AirPlay compatibility for wirelessly streaming content from an iOS device. The Lightning dock connector kit will be offered free of charge, however, finalized release dates have yet to be announced. PKard Reader iOS app updated
The PKard Reader secure browsing app, which lets users access web portals, collaboration sites and web-based email, has been updated with extended document handling, improved usability with sites hardwired to Internet Explorer, and iOS 6 support. The update also adds support for PRecise Biometrics Tactivo Readers, and allows the user agent to be changed to simulate a variety of popular web browsers. The app is available as a free download and is compatible with all current iOS devices.
