7-inch Matrix One tablet gets 1.5GHz processor, Android 4.0, and $90 price tag

The 7-inch Matrix One tablet from Direct Merchandise Marketing is now on sale, priced at just $90. The tablet packs Android 4.0 and sports a 1.5GHz ARM Cortex A8 processor, so it can't be called bare bones. There are some concessions, however, such as the 512MB of RAM and 4GB of storage space.

A two-megapixel camera faces the user, and connections include both HDMI and a USB port. Adding a microSD card to expand storage is also possible thanks to a dedicated slot.

There is also a more pricy option, which brings with it 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage along with a price tag of $130. Either version can be had in black, blue, white, or pink. Extended one-year ($20) or two-year warranties ($25) can also be purchased. The tablet is currently listed as out of stock on its website, however.
