Lenovo IdeaTab S2110 goes head-to-head with Transformer Prime

The Lenovo IdeaTab S2110 first revealed at CES 2012 is now shipping starting from just $343 discounted. The 10.1 Android 4.0 tablet comes in 16GB and 32GB flavors, with the optional keyboard dock adding only $56 to the overall asking price. It is also powered by a Snapdragon S4 'Krait' 1.5GHz dual-core processor processor matched with 1GB of RAM.

It centers on a 1280x800 IPS display and includes a 5-megapixel shooter on the rear and a 1.3-megapixel front facing camera. The options keyboard dock ads dual USB ports, an SD card slot as well as an additional ten hours of battery life - the tablet itself is claimed to last for up to 10 hours, giving users the ability to remain cordless for a total 20 hours.

The IdeaTab also includes dual speakers with SRS TruMedia audio enhancement and comes in either Wi-Fi-only or with built-in 3G connectivity as well. The 3G model also adds a-GPS for location lock in as little as 10 seconds. Unusually for the tablet segment, it also includes a built-in FM radio.

The Lenovo IdeaTab S2110 is shipping now with ecoupons providing discounts of up to $169 depending on the model chosen.
