Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 advertisement leaks online

Video clip shows multitasking, Shape Match app

A 30-second commercial for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has appeared online. Step Management, a modeling agency, posted the video on YouTube yesterday showing the Note 10.1 being used in a business environment . Despite it seeming to be a complete advertisement or trailer for the Note 10.1, it does not give a clue as to the release date, final specifications, or eventual price for the tablet.

The video shows a businessman going between meetings while demonstrating some of the features of the Note 10.1. Prominently featuring the S Pen, the advertisement shows the Note being used for signing a contract, multitasking with an app called Multiscreen, and using Shape Match to create a pie chart from a cleaned-up freehand drawing. A previous video confirmed the Note 10.1 would integrate the same 1.4GHz quad-core ARM Cortex processor used in the international version of the Galaxy S III, along with the Mali 400 GPU, 1GB of RAM, a five-megapixel camera, and the previously rumored slot for the S Pen.

It is likely that the tablet will be shown off at a Samsung press conference in Germany. Although the Samsung invitation to the August 15 event is for a new addition to its Galaxy line of devices, it is still possible that a completely different device will be revealed at the time. [via The Verge]
