Manifesto gains FCP X support
The GoSmart Stylus, a new stylus for touchscreen devices with a clear tip, has been released by GoSmart. The aluminum stylus features a teflon coated stainless steel tip that will work with any capacitive touchscreen, including those that are covered with a protective layer. GoSmart is offering the stylus in two models, the 300 and 200 series, both which include magnets for attaching the stylus directly to newer iPads. Both models will be available on August 8 at a cost of $25.
Manifesto update adds FCP X support
Noise Industries has launched a new version of Manifesto, a tool that allows users to add static and roll/crawl titles to projects without the need to keyframe. The free software is compatible with Final Cut Pro X, Motion, and After Effects, and includes built-in motion blur and de-flicker options. The software also includes the ability to use an existing RTF file for text input, and to use external media to determine which portions of the title are visible, or vice versa.
