MyScript Memo launched
Fidelity Media has launched an update for MegaSeg, its DJ and broadcast automation system designed for the Mac. Version 5.8.3 features more responsive Wave View scratch and scrubbing via multi-touch trackpads and MIDI controllers, as well as support for pressure and touch sensitive platters. Additionally, the update offers improved full screen support, faster library access, revised MIDI presets, fixes for live stream connection and playback, and various performance optimizations. MegaSeg DJ and Pro editions are available for $100 and $200 respectively, and compatible with any Mac running OS X 10.4 or higher.
MyScript Memo launched for free in App Store
A free new cloud-based service that allows iPhone and iPad users to take advantage of handwriting recognition technology has been released by Vision Objects. MyScript Memo can be used to create memos that includes drawings, diagrams, and pictures, all that can be resized or moved at any time. Notes stored within MyScrip Memo can also be quickly exported to Evernote, Facebook, Twitter, e-mail or SMS, as well as copied directly into any text application.
