Swiftkey 3 for Android out of beta

Version 3 of the award winning Swiftkey for Android is now available ($2.00,Google Play). The popular replacement keyboard has undergone a makeover with the most significant addition a new spacing prediction algorithm. Additional enhancements include a larger space bar, a dedicated comma key, new keyboard themes, better punctuation correction and even special character prediction.

Swiftkey is one of a number of Android keyboard replacement utilities that aims to make the experience of using a soft keyboard easier and more predictive. The latest version adds support for a further seven languages taking the total to 42. New languages include Korean, Estonian, Farsi, Icelandic, Latvian, Lithuanian and Serbian. According to the company it has saved users over a combined 66 billion keystrokes since it first launched.

For the next seven days, Swiftkey will be on sale at half price for $2.00 - it is a free upgrade for existing users. The latest version has already been downloaded over 50,000 times.
