Alpha Colony Kickstarter funding

Syco has unveiled a new 10-inch commemorative statue of Steve Jobs. The polystone statue is hand painted and ships with removable glasses and 1-inch keyboard stand. The price has been set at $100, with 20 percent of all proceeds being donated directly to the Make a Wish Children's Charity. Pre-orders are currently being accepted and orders are expected to being shipping Q4 2012.

M.U.L.E. re-imagination looking for funding through Kickstarter

M.U.L.E., a classic Atari 400/800 game, will be returning to tablets, smartphones, and desktops in the form of Alpha Colony. Labeled as a tribute to the original, Alpha Colony is a family-friendly economic game that allows players help raise an alien race by producing, managing, and trading resources. In order to pay for the licensing and development costs, DreamQuest Games has started a Kickstarter page in hopes of raising $500,000 by July 15. Pledges start at $10, which offers a digital iOS version and exclusive in-game medal, and run all the way up to $2,500, allowing pledgers to devise their own disaster to be included in the final release.

    A Syco collectible indeed.
Now watch them cease-and-desisted into oblivion.
