DM1 for iPhone released in App Store
Developers of Illumination Software Creator have announced that the development tool is being open sourced under the GPL and is now a free download. The software allows users to build iOS and Android apps from any platform without the need to install and SDKs. Additionally, software was also recently updated to v5.0, which included resizable user interfaces, new UI controls, enhanced dictionary functionality, and support for larger projects.
Fingerlab brings DM1 to iPhone
Fingerlab has launched DM1 for iPhone, a new app for creating beats on the go. Based upon DM1 for iPad, the new iPhone version runs on the same sound engine with 64 vintage and produced drum kits, 9 live drum pads, 7 different effects, and a step sequencer with a multi-touch matrix. DM1 for iPhone also features a host of exporting options, including Facebook, SoundCloud, and iTunes. The beat creation utility can be downloaded in the App Store for $1.
