INRIX Traffic 4.0 released for iPad, iPhone
INRIX, an app-enabled traffic data collector, has introduced a new version of its iOS app to assist drivers in daily commutes. INRIX Traffic 4.0 features four new features. The new version of the application adds real-time traffic tracking features to the iPhone such as those found in high-end automobiles from Audi, Ford, and Toyota. INRIX Traffic 4.0 can work Google Maps with a $25 in-app purchase to visually show the fastest routes to home and work, analyzes traffic to give drivers recommended departure with accurate travel times, easy sharing of INRIX arrival times to any contact, and personalized traffic alerts. The new version of the app is available now.
Griffin and Crayola team for iPhone Case Creator
Griffin Technology and Crayola announced the availability of Crayola Case Creator, an iPhone case and free app combination that allows users to make unique cases for the iPhone and iPod touch. The clear protective hard shell case secures the phone, and all artwork from the Case Creator application can be printed on included perforated inserts sized to fit the case. The case and inserts are available now for $30.
Lemkesoft upgrade 20-year-old GraphicConverter to 8.0
Venerable Macintosh graphic file tool Graphic Converter, by Lemkesoft, has been upgraded to version 8.0. Features added include 64-bit support, FLIR raw data import, many batch editing features, and bug fixes. GraphicConverter now supports 200 different graphic formats for import, and 80 for export. Owners of version 7 can upgrade to version 8 for free. GraphicConverter is available for Intel Macs Mac App Store for $39. Versions for PowerPC Macs are available direct from Lemkesoft.
