Arden Fair outlet could more than double in size
Apple's second retail store in Rome is opening on Saturday at 10AM, the company has announced. The shop is located inside the Galleria Porta di Roma on Via Alberto Lionello, far to the north. The outlet is over 16 kilometers away from the existing Roma Est location, which is on the city's eastern outskirts.
ifoAppleStore sources meanwhile say Apple is planning to relocate its Arden Fair store in Sacramento, California. The shop is currently established in an upper-level mall space measuring about 3,650 square feet. The new site will allegedly be in a former Pottery Barn on the ground floor, giving Apple access to a substantial 9,685 square feet.
When Apple might make the move is unknown, though. The new space is currently occupied by a temporary Ann Taylor store, in place while its main location is being renovated.
