Sharing feature so far limited to Brazil
The online Apple store's earlier downtime appears to have brought two minor upgrades. The sales chat window has undergone a cosmetic improvement, more consistent with modern Apple aesthetics. Of special interest though is a reported change to the Brazilian store, where sales workers can share their screens with customers in order to highlight product features.
Sharing is further restricted to the Brazilian store's iPad 2 page. A local website, MacMagazine.com.br, claims that Apple will eventually extend the option across the Brazilian store. When it might arrive in other stores worldwide is unknown; Apple appears to be using Brazil as a testbed, which if so could mean sharing will expand quickly after it survives early scrutiny.
