Final release may still take some time
Apple is seeding a new beta of OS X 10.7.4 to developers, reports say. The build is listed as build 11E35, and release notes for the software claim "no known issues" at the moment. Apple is nevertheless asking developers to test several different components, including Mail, iCal, QuickTime, graphics, and the Mac App Store.
When v10.7.4 might reach the public is unknown. The first beta was released roughly two weeks ago, though, and Apple rarely completes OS X updates so quickly. At the same time, if the software is already in a stable state, there may be little reason to hold it back.
